Fitness Programs
My approach to training is personal and tailored for your individual goals and
needs. Whether it's an overall fitness improvement, muscle building or training
for a marathon, I'll help you acheive the goals you set for yourself with consistent
and supportive instruction and accountability.
I offer two types of training programs, depending on the way you like to work. Personal Training Programs are one-on-one sessions designed to provide you personalized face-to-face training. Monthly payment schedules are available.
Online Training Programs are great for "on the go" professionals, "work at home" Moms and anyone else who may find it hard to find a regularly availble block of time for scheduled sessions. Training is self directed with weekly workout charts, email and phone consultations.
Personal Training Programs
With direct Personal Training, I come to you and train you in your own home gym. I also have portable equipment that can supplement your workout. You'll get the hands-on care you need to reach your personal fitness goals.
Individual Sessions
$50/Session - First hour consultation is free, and you're not charged for travel time.
Bulk Session Package Pricing
10 Sessions - $500
20 Sessions - $800 (20% Discount)
All sessions are paid in advance and there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. New clients receive their first hour fitness level assessment for free. It's an excellent time to discuss your fitness goals!
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, American Express, Mastercard, Visa.
Group Sessions
If you want to get some friends together and train as a group, I can provide a discount plan to support the size of your group.
Group Rates
$80/Session - For groups of 5 - 10 people. You must provide the location to meet that supports
the number of people in your group.
Online Training Programs
With my online training programs, I build a custom plan for your fitness goals. Every week you'll receive an updated program for your daily workout complete with downloadable charts to track your progress. This program is the most flexible for the active professional and can be tailored to fit your schedule, and access to equipment.
$45/month - Includes weekly workout chart, unlimited email consultation and up to two hours of phone consultation.
