Weight training makes you big.
Many women are fearful of becoming bulky as a result of weight training. The reality is that it would take hours in the gym and possibly hormones to develop large muscles.
Weight training requires hours in the gym.
Visible results from weight training can be achieved in as little as twenty five minutes twice a week.
As we get older, we get weak and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
Much of what we associate with old age is really a result of being inactive. Muscles shrink and become weak if they're not used.
